Backstage Mardi Gras – Christopher Pearce

This project came from working for the Sydney Mardi Gras Parade and After Party 2011.

I tried to focus on the things that happened in the background, on the side and backstage.
Hopefully these photographs show a side of the Mardi Gras that people would not normally see.
