THE POOL GRANT

As part of their continued commitment to emerging talent, Pool are again proud to announce the $10,000 Pool Grant.
The Pool Grant, now in it’s second year, will assist one emerging photographer to research, create and produce a photographic project of their choice with the final project to be shown as a part of PROJECTIONS 2012.
Open to all emerging photographers the $10,000 Pool Grant could give you the chance to complete your personal project, simply submit a proposal of no more than 300 words detailing how you envisage realising the project along with some examples of your work.

The jury will consist of Sean Izzard and Simon Harsent of Pool who will meet in August 2011 to decide on the grant recipient.
The winner of the grant will be announced in September 2011 as a part of the Projections 2011 events and will have until the end of August 2012 to complete their project with the final body of work being shown as a part of Projections 2012.
